What is our return or refund policy?

If any of the product that our customers received is different from the picture that we provide (fatally).

If we send the wrong item from your order

If what your order is out of stock and you are not willing to change to any product.

keep in mind we do not accept returns of - "i don't like the item, can i return it?" because we only provide the best quality and all items are curated by ourselves. make sure you follow join our telegram community as we provide a lot of video reviews
What happen if products seized / stuck in the customs?

we will try our best for our beloved customer to avoid the customs, but if unfortunately, there is a customs need to be paid, it will be customer responsibility to pay. but no worry, usually it only happens 5% out of the time
- if the product is seized by the customs, WE WILL RESHIP IT, and all customer need to do is to pay the shipping fees (usually $30 minimum depend on the size of the goods)
How to return the goods?

Items for refund or exchange must be sent back to vlixco no later than 7 days (including weekdays, weekends and national holidays) after the date of delivery at the customer's shipping address.

Items must be sent in their original condition include with tag, dustbag, and boxes that came with it.

Any product that has been worn or damage cannot be return.

in order for us to accept the returns, You should not tear all the protector given. once you tear the protector, we are very sorry no return is allowed.
